1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom printing jobs may require additional production time depending on the product type, print complexity, and order volume.

2. Shipping Timeline

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within India. Delivery time may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and any regional delays caused by holidays or weather conditions.

For express delivery or urgent print orders, please contact our support team before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any additional shipping charges.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, package dimensions, and delivery location. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet the required minimum value. Any such offers will be shown clearly on the product page and during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this tracking number to follow your package through the carrier's website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of shipment, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

5. Delivery Acceptance

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the parcel is damaged, refuse delivery or accept it with a note of damage on the carrier receipt. Then contact our support team immediately.

Leepi is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier, but we will work to resolve any issues and help locate your shipment.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

Ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and up to date at the time of order placement. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or additional carrier charges.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can attempt to update it before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed once the order has shipped.

7. Shipping Exceptions

  • Rural or remote delivery locations may require extra time.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather, strikes, holidays, or carrier issues.
  • Custom products may take longer to ship if additional production or quality checks are needed.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact our support team immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your shipment and help resolve the issue.
